Deep Vacuuming
Everything starts with a thorough vacuum to remove and loose dirt before we extract the embedded dirt.
Pre-Spray and Agitate
Using a pre-spray best suited to the type of carpet or upholstery we are cleaning we cover the surfaces and agitate(Work into fibres). The dirt is collected by this pre-spray and brought to the surface ready to be extracted. Pre-spray also acts as a antibacterial and deodoriser eliminating germs and odour.
Extraction and Pile Resetting
All the trapped and loose dirt is extracted using hot water that is jet sprayed into the fabric and vacuumed up at the same time. This removes the dirt and as much moisture as possible..
We then brush the pile to help with drying and to improve the condition of fibres once dry.
Stains and Odour

Accidents happen and sometimes the stains cant be removed with everyday cleaning methods infact they can make them worse.
Different stains need different methods of removal.We identify the type of stain and use the best solutions suited to that stain. Food and drink,oil,blood,pet stains,paint,make uo,ink,chewing gum,coffee,tea,vomit ect.Unfortunatley some stains cant be removed but we make them less visible
Odours are usually caused by something trapped in the fibres and this leads to bacteria and germs.We find the source and eliminate it with extraction and enzyme solution that eats through any remaining odour causing problems. It doesnt just mask the odour it kills it.
